Matt will contact you by call or text within 24 hours to confirm your order, and set up access to your existing ads accounts, website domain host, Google Business Profile, and Meta Business Portfolio.

If you do not already have these accounts set up and verified, that will be the first thing we do.

Then we will create your new lead-magent website.

Then we will create your Google Ads campaigns, and Facebook Ads campaigns.

Then we will begin the weekly Content Engine Marketing strategy to boost local SEO.

If you have your pictures ready, and you already have your accounts created and verified, then your new website and ads can be set up within one week, and you can start getting leads within 10-20 days.

If we have to create and verify accounts, it can take longer, usually within 30 days.

Leads begin to really increase between 60-90 days after launch.

Leads can consistently increase after that if you increase your ad spending.

My fee is $497 per month, billed every 30 days, unless you request to cancel. There are no refunds to my fee.

You will also need a budget for your advertising spending, which you pay directly to Google and Meta inside your ads accounts.

Most cleaners spend between $1500-$2500 per month on advertising costs, but you can spend as much or as little as you want.

You own everything. I reserve the right to use some of your provided media for promotional purposes where appropriate.

Every week you send me a few pictures and some details from a real job. I use those pictures to create "Recent Project" pages on your website, and I also post them on your Google Business Profile and Facebook Business Page.
